· First-Time Purchase Refund (No Return Required):
For our valued first-time customers who have already signed up, we are pleased to offer a one-time refund without the need to return the product. If you are not completely satisfied with your initial purchase, simply reach out to our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will process a refund for you.

· Returns & Exchanges within 30 Days:
For all other cases, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Whether you change your mind, receive a defective item, or find that the product doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Reach out to our friendly customer service team via service chat or email: within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order details and the reason for your return or exchange. 
b. Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to ISOPIA. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
c. Packaging:
Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Include all accessories, promotional items, and documentation that came with your purchase. 
d. Return Shipment:
Pack the product carefully and send it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by us.

· Refunds and Exchanges Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the product passes inspection, we will proceed with the appropriate action:
Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the reimbursement to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will initiate a return and refund process for the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed and you receive the refund, you can then proceed to make a new purchase within our store to select the product you would like as a replacement. 
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include opened or used eyelash adhesives, lash applicators, and any item that has been altered or damaged after receipt.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

· Isopia Beauty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the specified criteria mentioned above.
· Returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and evaluation of the product's condition.
· Only items purchased on will be accepted.
· Isopia Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
· Refunds for orders that were originally paid with store credit will be refunded back as store credit.
