Q: Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your pre-order by contacting us via email until May 21, 2024. After May 21, 2024, all pre-orders will be shipped.

After you make a purchase, it usually takes 12 hours for the item to be processed before it can be shipped, which is not included in the shipping time. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed then will be processed on the next business day.
